All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® must pass an exam, adhere to strict Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and pursue ongoing education to maintain good standing. I received my training from InterNACHI, to include 185 hours of online training and 40 hours of in person training at the InterNACHI House of Horrors in Weston, Florida. Ongoing continued Education training through InterNACHI and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). High Standards, Professionalism and Attention to Detail gained through 25 years of Military Service. Licensed by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Home Inspector (Lic.# HI16776)
