INSPECTION SERVICES
Here's a list of our inspection services and pricing. Feel free to ask us about additional types of inspections. Two Story Homes and Roof pitch of 8/12 or greater, requiring special equipment(Drone) to access the roof will incur an additional fee of $25. We perform all of our inspections according to InterNACHI's Standards of Practice.

RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTION:
Price Start at $375.00 for Homes 1500 Sq. Ft. and Under, $19 per additional 100 sq ft or any fraction there of, up to 5000 sq ft.
A home is a significant investment, and understanding its condition is crucial. I'll conduct a non-invasive evaluation of the accessible structure, systems, and components. While not exhaustive, the inspection will provide valuable knowledge to reduce your anxiety and make an informed decisions when buying, selling or maintenance of your home.

WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION:

4-POINT INSPECTION:

Our 4-Point Inspection service is designed to provide you with the required Information for the Florida Citizents Insurance Form, your home’s electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roof systems. We will provide a comprehensive report that you can trust.

11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION
Price Start at $375.00 for Homes 1500 Sq. Ft. and Under, $19 per additional 100 sq ft or any fraction there of, up to 5000 sq ft.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a general home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires
Our General Home inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force.
